1.  Is it Mandatory to submit a full paper for presenting the paper at the conference?

It is desirable that the full paper is ready before the commencement of the conference. However, it is not mandatory to submit the full paper before the conference.

Separate calls for paper will be invited after the conclusion of the conference for the full paper submission in respective conference partner Journals.

2. Will accommodation be provided to Presenters and Attendees?

Accommodation arrangements have to be made by the attendees and contributors themselves. Jalandhar City offers a variety of hotels catering to all budget ranges. Attendees may utilize any hotel booking platform, such as MakeMyTrip, EaseMyTrip, Treebo, or Booking.com, to secure their accommodations. Limited hostel accommodation is also available at the Institute Hostels for undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as for female participants, on a first-come, first-served basis (payment basis).  3. Is the accommodation fee included in the conference registration?

No. Accommodation needs to be arranged by the participants on their own. 4. How can I get from the nearby airport to the venue of the conference?

Chandigarh Airport to NIT Jalandhar: The journey from Chandigarh Airport to the venue (NIT Jalandhar) takes approximately 2.5 hours by car /taxi (around 150 km).

Amritsar Airport to NIT Jalandhar: The journey from Amritsar Airport to the venue (NIT Jalandhar) takes approximately 1.5 hours by car/taxi (around 100 km). The easiest way is to book a taxi directly from the airport. There are pre-paid taxi services available along with the app-based taxi.


5. Will meals be provided during the conference?

Yes, breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided during the conference dates i.e. 27th December to 30th December (Lunch).


6. Which identity card should I bring for the conference?

Please bring a valid ID card such as an Aadhar card/Driving License/Passport for identification purposes.

8.  What will be the weather conditions during the conference days?

The temperature is expected to be very cold during the conference, typically ranging from 5 to 19 degrees Celsius. You are advised to bring sufficient winter clothing for extreme cold conditions.
